It's here, you're on it, but what exactly is new with our totally revamped MAP website? Here's a quick run through ...
First up, helping you to navigate our product catalogue is the primary function of the website; whether it's finding info on a seatbox, or checking out what strengths of elastic we do, the product listings are broken down into clear sections, with collections within. Want to see all QRS seatbox products? - there's a section for that? Don't know what pole sections are available as to order at your retailer? - the list is here. Want to see what makes an Embed feeder so special? - just head to our Terminal Tackle & Accessories section.
Up next is our media and info section; we're always looking to educate and inform and this area of the website where that takes place. Our team of anglers are constantly out on the bank creating videos and features so where better to host that, broken down into four key categories;
- Features - written pieces that tell you how to fish, with loads of tips & tricks to keep you improving
- How To - this is where essential skills are hosted, many of which help you to understand our tackle and make it work better for you
- Videos - a direct link to our Youtube channels, which si the home to all our film content
- News - The place where we announce new products, talk about major achievements within the team, and give you the lowdown on what's happening within MAP
You'll notice that there's a spares area - "What's this?" we hear you asking...
Each month we receive countless messages from end users who want to either replace a part or add to their collection but can't seem to find these parts.
The spares section of the website - broken into seatbox spares, rod spares, QRS spares and reel spares - allows you to purchase a selection of spares to suit different products, helping you to keep you MAP tackle working as it should. This isn't an online shop to buy major items such as seatboxes and poles - that's where our network of retailers comes in - but a way for you to get hold of things like handwheels, top kit sections and keepnet brackets, gear that gets lost or broken in daily life that you may not be able to buy immediately in a retailer.
Moving on from here, there's a whole load of useful links at the bottom of the homepage to find out about the team of MAP anglers, how to contact us and what to do with regards to product returns and warranty. Of course, we've also created a comprehensive stockist page that highlights our array of trusted retail partners around the UK.
So that's the new site in a nutshell - whether you're an end user or a retailer, we hope you find it a useful resource to lean more about MAP and its products and of course, you can also follow us across our Facebook and Instagram pages for even more content.
